This cozy 3 Bedroom/2 Bath oceanfront condo will accommodate 9 with 1 King in the master bedroom, 1 Queen in the 2nd bedroom, 1 Pyramid Bunk with a full on the bottom and twin on the top in the 3rd bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

This unit offers a fully equipped kitchen, new OLED TV's with firesticks in each bedroom and the living room, LVP & tile flooring throughout, new furniture (including mattresses as of 2024) in all 3 bedrooms, a garden tub in the master bath and rain shower heads in both bathrooms. Free wireless internet and and coin operated laundry is available onsite for your convenience.

Pros:Excellent location right on beachPlenty of space and seatingCloser full of beach gear (chairs, toys, boogey boards)Cons:Clean on surface, but it was not as clean as expected when considering the hefty cleaning fee.WiFi info was incorrect and even after contacting office we never received valid login credentials.

The vacation rental was very dirty.

Upon entry to this condo the floors were dirty (sand, dirt, food, paci on the floor, etc). We have stayed in this building before so we knew we liked the location. But honestly wouldn’t stay in this condo again until it’s thoroughly cleaned and the HVAC ducts are cleaned. Our feet were black after walking on the floors for 10 minutes. Went to play a game that was in the bunk room closet and the box was covered with mold on the inside. We took a photo just in case. For having to pay the cleaning fee and then having to clean it ourselves was upsetting.
