This cozy 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo is perfect for a small family but can accommodate up to 10 with 1 king bed in the master, 1 full in the 2nd bedroom, 2 queens in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa. All new furniture (bedrooms, living room & dining room) delivered Feb. 2022!!
This is a 3rd floor unit (sorry, no elevator) with 2 oceanfront balconies. There is a fully equipped kitchen, 4 TV's and Washer/Dryer. Condo features everything that you could need to enjoy your time at the beach.
Nautical Watch is located in the "Family Friendly" Windy Hill Section of North Myrtle Beach so you are close to all the major attractions without being in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. This property offers a street side outdoor pool, 2 sundecks, outside showers, grill facilities, on-site parking and free wifi. There is NO elevator.

We absolutely loved the room, it was clean and felt very much like home, not to mention the beautiful ocean view right from the bed .

Check-in was easy, and we were very familiar with the area, having owned a Condo in The Summit for over 30 years. We found the unit to be adequate but well-used. There were minor maintenance issues that should be addressed. The kitchen dishes and silverware were quite inadequate. Overall, the HOA needs to do some cleanup and repair work. The stairs to the upper level were extremely dangerous.

Overall the photos in the listing weren’t accurate to what we had walked in to. Freezer door broken and rusty. Balcony was dirty, rug was shredded, table was obviously unclean as it was sticky. Dirty, stained, and scratched furniture. Dirty upstairs king bedding. Broken towel holders and unknown liquids in upstairs bathroom. Cables hanging from downstairs bedroom that were connecting to TV. Host did reply and was aware of situation and I had sent proof with photos. Offered refund but was on a weekend and had already had this room booked. Instead of waiting a few days to receive refund, we decided to stick it out. Positives were great views, nice upstairs bathtub. I personally don’t recommend. I feel like the posting needs updated photos of the condos current condition rather than nice misleading photos.
