The breakfast was excellent and the location was in the city center.
The room view was not nice. it overlooks an unpleasant view.

Guter Fitnessraum. Das Personal beim Frühstück ist sehr aufmerksam und die Auswahl der Speisen ist sehr gut.
WLan ausbaufähig. Leider konnte ich erst 1h später einchecken. Das sollte nicht passieren, auch das Krisenmanagement des Personals hätte ein wenig professioneller sein können, als mich als Kunde dann über eine Stunde warten zu lassen.

The location was great, and the staff were kind, with great value for money
The option i was given was not as expected. The default room shouldn't be with smoking when I haven't requested it. The shower sink was blocked, which was reported to staff, and honestly speaking with the smoking concern was highlighted i was told that there are no empty rooms with no compensation options given, which was not ideal.
