I am grateful that the hotel provided rooms when other hotels declined during the Leap exhibition. Although the room was spacious, the washroom was compact. I appreciated the presence of a heater in the room as Riyadh was exceptionally cold. The receptionist, whom I regrettably do not recall by name, was incredibly helpful and kind, akin to an angel, and I am truly thankful for her assistance.
I found the gym facilities disappointing, resembling a poorly maintained space reminiscent of a rat-infested environment. The equipment appeared to be of low quality and below standard. The gym was small, poorly lit, and lacked sufficient safety measures, notably with the unsafe pull-up bar. As for breakfast, it resembled a homemade meal, so it's advisable not to expect too much. Additionally, the internet wasn't functional until we requested assistance to fix it.
