spacious, modern, and very clean. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast offered a great variety with excellent quality, and the facilities were outstanding. The location is convenient and made it easy to get around Riyadh. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There was nothing significant to dislike. Everything was well organized and met my expectations.

I have stayed at multiple hotels in the past. This Hilton is truly exceptional. The staff at the Hilton have elevated my experience, especially thanks to Ms. Karissan and Ms. Najla, who helped us celebrate our occasion and made it even better. The room was clean and quiet, air-conditioned, and had a big TV. Everything was there, including a washing machine, a dishwasher, and 24/7 room service. They offer free parking with the room, 24/7 as well. I was able to request my car, and in less than 5 minutes, it was there. The breakfast was great, with a lot of variety. I liked that I had access to the mall and the metro station via the hotel without the need to go outside in the sun. I lost my room key, and the team helped me get a new one. I also appreciated that they checked with me afterward to make sure everything was okay. Again, many thanks to Ms. Karissan and Ms. Najla, and not to forget Mr. Anas, Mr. Mishal, and Ms. Nada.

I would especially like to recognize Mr. Saleh Al-Hathali at the reception desk. Prior to my arrival, there was a misunderstanding and a shortcoming from the hotel management regarding a special request I had made. Mr. Saleh handled the situation with exceptional professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. He took ownership of the issue, resolved it promptly, and ensured that I was fully satisfied. His dedication to guest satisfaction significantly improved my overall experience and turned a potentially disappointing situation into a positive one. Thank you, Saleh, for your outstanding service. The hotel’s location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and services nearby, making everything very convenient during my stay. The rooms are spacious, airy, and very comfortable. The hotel facilities and services were also very good, and the in-room dining was delicious with high-quality food.

Location was good, so was breakfast. Debbie listened to our concerns and tried to make it right.

The check in and check out process took over 25 minutes. The rooms were very dusty, the strong scent they spray in the hallways was really bad for children, allergic and asthmatic people. We asked for connecting rooms repeatedly, they did not prioritize that request. They were washing our used cups in the toilet! Speaking of the basin design is not comfortable, you end up with water everywhere not to mention they don't have keys on doors, they are just sliding doors that dont close completely.
