Our three-night stay at the Kimpton Riyadh was truly one of the finest hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, every aspect of our stay was executed to the highest possible standard. The exceptional service began with Jerosene from the bell team, whose warm welcome immediately made us feel valued and at home. A special thanks also goes to Mohammad Idasham from valet services, who took outstanding care of our vehicle throughout our stay and consistently delivered service with professionalism and a smile. We would also like to recognize Duty Manager Qusai, who ensured a flawless check-in and check-out experience. What stood out most was his genuine commitment to guest satisfaction, checking in with us daily to make sure everything was perfect. Last but certainly not least, Mr. Ted Ajab deserves the highest praise. Words can hardly describe his professionalism, leadership, and sincere hospitality. The care, respect, and attention he showed us—through both small thoughtful gestures and meaningful acts of kindness—made a lasting impression. He truly made us feel at home. What makes Kimpton Riyadh exceptional is not only its facilities but also its people. The hotel is clearly managed with excellence, and this is reflected in every employee we interacted with. Every team member demonstrated a level of service that exceeded our expectations. If I could give more than five stars, I would gladly give twenty. I wholeheartedly recommend Kimpton Riyadh and will undoubtedly choose it again whenever I visit Riyadh.

اعجبني الموقع داخل كافد والموظفين ودودين جدا من اولهم لاخرهم والغرفة طراز مودرن المودرن والاهتمام بالتفاصيل

الدخول انتظرنا وقت طويل حتى تجهز الغرفة والحقيقة انهم عوضونا باضافة الافطار مجانا لكن يبقى ان الواحد يتوتر ويضيع جزء من بومه في انتظار الدخول، ايضا كان التكييف في صالة السويت صوت مزعج بدون تبريد الحقيقة ماطلبت الصيانة لان الغرفة المجاورة تبرد عليه عالخفيف وماحبيت اضيع وقتي بدخول عمال الصيانة ووعدوني عند الخروج بتلافي المشكلة مستقبلا، وبس كان كل شيء ثاني مرضي جدا وجميل واتطلع للتجربة مرة ثانية لاني اثق في انه راح تكون اقامتي اجمل احساسي يقول كذا وانصح فيهم بالتأكيد.
