A perfect stay for a few days in Modena

We liked everything

Everything, from the central location to the artwork. Well equipped kitchen, a sunny and private balcony. Great facilities and a really lovely ambiance.

Fab location, super friendly helpful hosts, we only met on the last day when i was checking out, when they were kind enough to wait for me to get my stuff out of the apartment (due to such early check out). There is excellent app storage at a cafe 10min walk so that all worked out fine. Proper kitchen with proper amenities for a change, nice tea and coffee making facilities. Thoughtful touches with water in the fridge etc. Loved the balcony on which to have a coffee with a biscuit from a nearby central market, 5min walk. Loved the complete black out, super effective aircon (i preferred to use fresh air, but it does work, and quietly).

Nothing really, would stay here again when next in this beautiful (completely underrated) city.

Such a perfect location! Short walk into town, but the privacy and tranquility to relax after a day of sightseeing. Beautiful apartment with everything we needed. Bustling weekend nightlife at the end of the lane, but still quiet enough to get a good sleep. Delicious gnocco and spritz at your fingertips at Pitstop at the end of the lane! Perfect. 10/10 would recommend!
