Haven Beachfront Villa Koh Larn

This hotel on island has an excellent location near beach. At night is very peaceful.

Location here/ room design/ private beach and beachside like 0 m. are pretty perfect. Balcony - Is the best 0 M. beachside, it's more than perfect settle but pls avoid monsoon season. Bedroom - Tiny but enough for 2, I like big projector screen system even wifi is SUCK! Also love the mirror of face washing design that I can also see the beach same time. Also, the best thing is you can wake up with beachfront, it's unbelieveable, but true. Wake up like this is real! Location - Like how close to TAWAAN port and this mini quiet beach side, close to all food n 7-11 and out of the crowded. Even finally know that this mini beach is reserve for Chinsese tourist group in day time. If no group, ALL restaurent seem close and empty. Staff - Like how casual and seem friendly, even cannot provide full pleasant service at this price.

However. there are load of things to improve: - Seasonal: It's not property fault. I came while rainy n monsoon season, not enjoy the beach and cannot even walk down because of strong wave. However, I still do love this private location. - Staff n Service: seem there is only 1 person who manage n cannot cover in details and cannot provide the best service even I've ask for sauce for breakfast, not even come to pickup finished breakfast n leave it overnight, forgot to privide keycard at first, etc. He treated quite friendly, but cannot provide pleasant fully service at this price at all. - NOT CLEAN - many spaces not clean, esp front of the room and the hottube spce. - Breakfast - Good enough, but no any option provide, no even maggie sauce. And seem staff not tend to help. - WIFI - Suck! always stuck while using Youtube/ Netflx. - Bathroom - There is not exactly seperate wet/ dry as proper. Water running from side to side then make it full wet both side because of the drain hole. - NOT INCLUDING PICK UP SERVICE, BUT CHARGE, when u travel from another side of island while this port side closed from monsoon, You have to pay more service to reach, even this booking already pricey. - Balcony - It would be great if can provide stair to the beach n pls fix the swing/hammock that can be real use! And just be careful since it close to nature somehows, you can see many insect this space. - GATE LOCK - Event feel safe this private area, but Tourist still can around. The front gate is old n cannot lock. Feel insecure sometimes. - Beachside, This side of beach seem more quite sometimes than TAWANN yes, but it actually organize n prepare for tourist n tourist in the end. - Price - this price almost most costly on this islands with disappointed service. This place is super great on location with private area and close to the port, and I kinda like it on this point! I do believe, there r load of potential to be the best in class on Koh larn.

The hotel have the best view of the island from the bed

Good location near the ferry, the room is clean and well decorated. The view is amazing.

There was no hot water, neither in the bathroom nor in the bath outside so we could not enjoy a hot tub. The view of the sea is great, but you can't get into the water right in front of the property. In the morning there are random fishing boats in front. There was a projector instead of TV, which was hard to use and did not meet expectations. A little non-intuitive on how to get hold of the property managers.
