Rooms were beautiful and location and view was incredible.

WiFi upstairs was terrible.

El desayuno no es nada bueno. No tiene variedad y es muy básico. El ruido por las mañana no es tampoco agradable, ya q siguen de reformas en el hotel.

I think this place has a lot of potential, but the customer service could be improved by hiring more professional staff, especially around the facility. For example, the service at the bar counter was disappointing. When I asked to buy a beer or get a pool towel, the staff were not friendly. They didn't smile or greet customers, and their attitude made me feel like I was bothering them. Good customer service is an important part of the overall experience. If the management wants to encourage repeat customers, I recommend providing customer service training for the staff. A simple smile, a friendly greeting, and a welcoming attitude would make a big difference. I will be coming back to the area, but I will not be staying at this property again because of the poor customer service.
