We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and exceptionally well maintained. The staff were warm, friendly, and always went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was comfortable and spotless, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options, and every aspect of our visit exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, comfort, and a memorable stay. We look forward to coming back in the future.

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing.
The private swimming pool was located right next to an extremely busy road. The area felt very exposed, making it seem like you were constantly being watched. There was never any sun in the pool area, and it felt very enclosed and humid, with no fan or ventilation. It was quite uncomfortable to sit there for any length of time.
The room itself was very clean, which we appreciated. However, drinks were served in plastic cups, which felt cheap and not appropriate for the overall experience.
Communication was very difficult, as not even one member of staff could speak English. This made our stay much less enjoyable and complicated even simple requests.
We asked for two wine glasses, and unfortunately one of them broke accidentally. A staff member ran after us demanding 200 THB as compensation. She became quite angry when we refused to pay such a high amount for a small wine glass. In the end, we offered 100 THB. She took the money, turned away angrily, and left without saying anything. This interaction felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional.
The hotel appears to be new, and it seems they may still be learning how to manage guest services. Hopefully things will improve. However, at this stage, I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you do not speak the local language.
It’s a shame, as the location had potential. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not return
