    Fantastic place to stay located in the middle of all the Tawaen action! Loved the pool area.

    Unacceptable service and outright dishonesty from the staff. The hotel had no Wi-Fi for more than a day, and the receptionist repeatedly lied about the cause instead of fixing the issue. Worse, the receptionist explicitly confirmed a morning shuttle to our boat, but no one ever showed up. Because of this complete failure, we missed our boat, lost our pre-paid shuttle tickets, and had to pay extra out of pocket for alternative transport. The front desk staff is completely indifferent and will say absolutely anything just to get rid of you. Avoid this place
