Amazing location just 20 minutes by train to Rome Tiburtina. The locals are friendly and a pizzeria next doors really makes up for a great local food experience. Getting into the accommodation is very easy and secure through an external provider, but be aware that the buzzer that opens the main gate is not IL ninfeo as stated in the follow ups. It's completely blank. Great balcony with a lovely evening atmosphere.
Property could be a bit tidier. Don't get me wrong, it was clean enough but there were crumbles on the tables and on the couch. Also the water pressure is not the best, so be aware in the shower .

Appartamento ben arredato, curato e pulito ! Situato in condominio molto tranquillo … Letto pulito e comodo , aria condizionata funzionante e ambiente caldo !
benché non ci fosse la colazione inclusa, non pretendevo del caffè o cos’altro ma quanto meno un tovagliolo di carta in cucina , e una bottiglia di acqua anche piccola l’avrei gradita soprattutto considerando che la zona non è molto fornita !
