Casa molto pulita perfetta per 3 persone.arredamento nuovo.tutto l occorrente x soggiornare e cucinare. Host molto disponibile e ci hanno portato anche degli snack per la prima colazione

L unica pecca di questo appartamento è che manca l aria condizionata,poi è perfetto

L’appartamento è veramente molto carino, arredato con cura e dotato di tutti i comfort (sapone asciugamani bagnoschiuma phon). Vi è anche un piccolo spazio fuori dove poter stare eventualmente la sera. La zona è molto tranquilla con la possibilità di parcheggiare abbastanza facilmente. Daniela e suo marito sono stati disponibili e gentili facendomi fare anche il check-in prima del dovuto. Vicino alla metro ed autobus. Consiglio vivamente

Tutto perfetto

1. There is a really good IperDEM supermarket just 650 meters from the apartments. 2. The walk from Mirti metro station takes about 18-20 minutes and there is a very nice shop with fresh vegetables and fruits on the way. We really liked both the shop and the supermarket. 3. The host kindly allowed us to check out 1-2 hours later than the check-out time. So we checked out at 11:00 AM. 4. Sweets, coffee and tea were provided upon check-in, as well as complimentary toiletries, which is a nice touch.

1. Even though we paid for 3 people in the apartment, the bed for our 7 year old child was not prepared at the time of our arrival (at 6:00 PM). I still don't understand why we were charged for 3 and not 2. The host was surprised (?!) and offered to arrange a bed for our daughter, but we were too tired and said "Thank you, we are fine with one bed" and we had to sleep like that for another 4 nights. We booked the apartment 2 months in advance and they had my contact on WhatsApp a couple of weeks before check-in. I think that was more than enough time to ask and prepare enough beds. 2. The apartment was very dirty, the towels were fresh but not our bed linen. It was not very fresh and I felt like someone had slept before us. It was a terrible feeling. The kitchenware was also not enough clean and we decided not to use it (except for a couple of cups and glasses that we had washed earlier). 3. The apartment had an unpleasant smell. 4. There was mold in the shower (a lot of it). 5. During check-in, the host did not give us a key to the front door (!), only to the metal grid that protected the glass front door from robberies. We've insisted on getting a key from the door as well and we've gotten it. 6. Although the description states that the host speaks two languages ​​(English and Italian), in reality they only speak Italian. 7. The area is quite dirty, with a lot of trash, but quiet in the evenings and at night.
