Emilia Modern Apartment with Free Parking

The apartment is very spacious, with 2 bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms, and a large living room. It is beautifully and modernly furnished. Its size exceeded our expectations. We are very grateful to the hosts because when making the reservation we mistakenly selected 3 guests, while in reality there were 4 of us arriving. First, the hosts offered us an alternative option to stay in another apartment suitable for 4 guests. However, its location did not suit us. Then the hosts added a double bed in the smaller bedroom of this apartment, and all 4 of us fit perfectly. The apartment has not only air conditioning for the summer but also heating, which we were able to use now that the nights are already cool. Although the apartment is in an apartment building, we did not hear any noise from the neighboring units. There is a private parking space and an elevator. We liked everything and definitely recommend it.

The kitchen could use an additional food-preparation counter and more dishes (there was no sharp knife or deeper bowls). We bought some of the missing items ourselves. This is just a suggestion for the hosts. These small details certainly did not spoil the overall very good impression of the apartment :)

Ottima accoglienza, parcheggio interno, appartamento spazioso e cucina attrezzata. Quartiere tranquillo e vicino all'università. C'è un supermercato proprio di fronte alla struttura.

Best place ever, location a little far but it was close to a bus station, very clean and tidy, we enjoyed every moment. It also had a hair Dryer, and a coffee machine with capsule, an ironer and a washing machine. It was fully set with everything u could possibly need, it felt like someone sharing there home with u, not to mention the wonderful decor, the only downside of my visitis that the owner promised me a one night refund because of some difficulties in checking-in and I still haven’t received them. Other than that the apartment is a 10/10 recommend.
