No Pets Allowed. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. These condos do not have a river view. It is located between the pool and trash receptacles for the complex trash.

Spacious 2-bedroom,1 bath condo The open living room/dining room is a great place to relax after a day on the river with it’s beautiful fireplace and flat screen TV with cable. The dining table has seating for 6 with 2 benches and 2 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics you will need to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen Smart TV (no cable). The second bedroom has 2 queen size beds and a Smart TV (no cable) as well. Large bathroom with walk in shower. The unit comes with a washer and dryer as well.

UNIT B216: 2 bedroom, 2 bath The open living room/dining room is a great place to relax after a day on the River. Cable TV and free Wifi. The dining table has seating for 4 and the breakfast bar has seating for 4. The cozy kitchen is equipped with all the basics you will need to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, and cable TV. The spacious master bathroom has everything you need to get ready! Enjoy the beautiful shower or take a long relaxing bath in the separate bathtub. The second bedroom also has 2 queen beds and is just down the hall from the second spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower wash. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. Accommodates 6 people very comfortably. All bedrooms and bathrooms come stocked with high quality linens.


Enjoy walking down to the Comal River with private river access for guests or swim in the pool and hot tub! Visit Gruene or downtown New Braunfels for shopping, restaurants, and live music. Rockin' R is a local tube outfitter which can pick up in the parking lot next to Camp Warnecke between Memorial Day and Labor Day. For any reservation outside of that time, the Rockin' R shop is located only .5 miles away. Only two parking passes provided with one guaranteed numbered spot. The second parking pass is for general parking and is 'first come first served.' These units are located next to the dumpsters. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property.. Guests will be allowed 4 vehicles on premise with parking passes and 12 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. No RV’s or trailers.

**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** This property has wristbands that need to be returned to our office location upon departure. These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time! To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
