Душ непривычен для русского человека. Принимать сидя на толкане, все вокруг в воде, но так и надо в полу слив.

- Great value for money, I'd recommend it for few weeks to months stay in Da Lat. Could be suitable, although a bit tight, for a couple, but for me alone the space was perfect. - All basics provided, small kitchen with standard wares, fridge/freezer, washing machine. - Nice view over the mountains (good but not amazing), towards the sunset. Fresh air flow. - Quiet neighborhood (aside from a rooster doing his job all day, starting early morning. Was a bit annoying at first, but I eventually got used to it). Relaxing croaking sounds at night, from the marsh below (can be heard from balcony). - Good WiFi most of the time, but at times it stops working for a few minutes. - Responsive host, she helped me with a few requests.

- Room wasn't very clean at check in, but the owner helped with that after asked. - Small insects around. After putting some ant bait, they almost totally disappeared for the rest of the stay. An easy step that could have been done by the management in advance, but I'm aware many people don't really mind some ants or spiders. - No heating or cooling system. Not really necessary for Da Lat's weather, but sometimes, when the sun hit, room would get quite hot, a fan would have been nice. - No bug net on the window. Very important to allow air change without allowing flies in, I think it's a must the onwer should consider adding soon. - Could use few smaller details to maximize comfort for longer stays. An oven or microwave in room, large wall mirror, providing free cleaning/sheets at least once a week (stayed 2 weeks and didn't get one), etc. - Location nice, can walk to the center, but it's not really that close either. Few small stores around, but for larger shopping it's a 40 minutes walk (uphill on the way back). - No VISA payment accepted.

There were very few dinnerware in the kitchen, no forks, no cups for tea either. It wasn't comfortable for proper cooking; there wasn't even enough salt. The owner was not there, so I always had to write messages

It's a modern and recently renovated apartment with newer appliances and great hot water. It's a quiet neighborhood except for the farm animals across the street. I didn't mind the roosters at 5:00 AM, but others might be bothered. The internet is very strong and fast. There's a streaming Android TV. Having a washing machine and a balcony to dry clothes was a huge benefit.

The location is only about a 20-25 minute walk out of the center of the city, but it's very treacherous to walk. It's a windy road with lots of motorcycle and car traffic. There aren't any convenience or grocery stores within walking distance, but the big "Go 2" hypermarket is pretty close, and you can get anything delivered with the Grab app.
