The garden super nice with fish pond and many corner to take photo. The room very comfy and warm. It would be a little warm during normal weather. Very kids friendly with a cute cat and kid host
Some part of the garden need to be repair as it ran down at some point. Restaurant next door could be very noisy during weekend.

The place is clean, so beautiful with trees and plants and there is a Koi fish pond with gorgeous fat fish.
The owner is very helpful.
Some facilities are a bit old (hair dryer, lamps, chairs) which was ok because we don't use them.
We love the dog at the table but he needs a bath to smell better.

Good location in Da Lat to walk to the nightmarket and around a little. Be aware that it can be cooler at night. No heating (might be an issue for frosty perople) - blankets were nicely warm.
Host is nice and supports well in english via WhatsApp.
you get quite a suburban jungle experience there in stereo, also during the night - at least none of the animals in&on the roof and from the garden came inside.
Interior is shabby chick (at least the twin room we stayed in) with really firm bed. Not very clean, but the towels and beds were clean. The Rest of the room not really cleaned & in one corner of the wall was some mold . Easy to fix but not yet done - the sink did not really drain . As mentioned, night sounds.
