The staff, especially, Mr. Kwuie, (not sure about the spelling, though :) ) was so helpful and friendly. Most of them do not speak English but they do communicate well using a translator app. The location is quite impressive as we just did walk from the hotel to Dalat Market, the lake, the Crazy House, and in looking for restaurants and ATM. They also offered laundry services for an affordable fee.
The sounds from the hallway, like chikdren playing or running around, and doors slamming, woke me up one morning. It happened just once in our 5-day stay. But in general, Viet Anh Hotel is a great value for money. I will consider staying there next time.

Cheap and easy to book. Location has various restaurants nearby. Room is spacious and has an elevator for easy bag carriage. Staff are easy to ask request to but just need google translate.
None, but could have been better if they have a smart tv.

Værelset var som udgangspunkt rent, men sengetøj og lagen var plettet. Personalet var søde, men snakkede ikke engelsk, vi benyttede os af at få vasket tøj og det var både billigt og godt. Værelset havde hvad det skulle have, men der var intet vindue på værelset andet end på badeværelset, som dog var gået i stykker, så det kunne ikke lukkes. Der er ikke så meget at lave i området lige omkring hotellet, men det ligger kun 1 km væk fra flere restauranter osv.
