Nothing really! Perfect for what you pay for

The location is very central—within walking distance to the lake, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The room is spotlessly clean, bright, and cozy. Basic amenities are provided, including wall fan, electric kettle, hair dryer; also shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush, and toothpaste, though I brought my own, so I didn’t use them much. Strong water pressure and hot water. Check-in and check-out were seamless. The owner is very friendly, always smiled whenever she saw me. There's no elevator so she asked if I was tired climbing the stairs and offered to carry my luggage.

There’s no fridge, which is understandable at this price point. I ate out all the time, so it didn’t bother me. The balcony is a nice spot for morning sun, though it faces another building opposite, so privacy is a bit limited. On the plus side, there’s a pleasant view of a small park on the corner. Overall, a very good experience. Thank you!
