Stay at Ajman One Tower

Location was good even though it was paid parking. And also the room was spacious. Also the air conditioner was good. Even though we asked for 4 people there was additional beds and sheets.

The property is clean and comfortable. We really liked the spacious layout and the peaceful environment. However, the apartment maintenance could be improved, as the toilet light in one of the rooms wasn’t working.

There were several things we didn’t like about the property. There is no designated parking for guests, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the listing stated that there was a pool, but upon arrival we were told that access requires a membership. This was very disappointing, as the pool was one of the main reasons we booked the property. The listing also mentioned 3 beds, but there were only 2 beds—one in each room—which was misleading. Overall, what was advertised in the listing did not match what we found upon arrival, and since the payment was already made, there was nothing we could do about it. Very disappointing experience.

It was centrally located in Ajman with amazing restaurants nearby. The property was clean, modern and had all the required amenities for the family. It was well equipped and in a good building which was clean and very convenient to all facilities. The first floor was a great communal space.

It's totally a bad experience regarding the host .

There was nothing like the gym pool and beach it's in the main city full of crowds and no parking was available The host was very arrogant 🙄 I checked in at 9 p.m., and he started poking me on morning 10 o clock to leave the apartment by 12 o clock, although I paid for 24 hours. Total dislike 👎 because host is not honest at all because there was nothing same like that was written on booking.com. Really be careful from scams

Jūra bija lieliska, maz cilvēku, bet nebija ne sabiedriskās dušas, ne dzeramā ūdens, ne tualetes.

Netīrība! Dzīvokļa nesakaŗtotība- izmētātas svešas drēbes, nebija ne tual.papīra,ne palagu, ne dvieļu, ne pakaramo, ne virtuves dvieļu un piederumu ( naži, dakšiņas u.t.t.) trijiem cilvēkiem. Nedega gaisma vannas istabā, koridorā noplēstas tapetes karājās atļukušas no sienas... Klozetpodu apmales un vāki pienācīgi nenostiprināti! Paši pirkām pat baterijas elektroniskai durvju atslēgai, jo tā nekorekti darbojās, kā arī tīrīšanas un dezinfekcijas līdzekļus un visus virtuves piederumus! Mūsu uzturēšanas laikā , konkrētajā dzīvoklī beidzās gāze (virtuvē gāzes plīts....daudzīvokļa mājās 9. stāvā !!!) gāzes balonā, gaidījām tā nomaiņu- trīs dienas.

Отдельные спальни, собственные санузлы. В апартаментах тихо. Расположены недалеко от пляжа и магазинов. Все помещения оборудованы кондиционерами

Хозяин заранее не прислал инструкцию по заселению. Комплекс нашли быстро, но найти нужный вход оказалось сложно. Нас не встретили по приезду. В апартаментах две спальни, гостиная, кухня, три санузла. Уборка посредственная. Укомплектованность кухни и комнат минимальная. Постельное белье вызвало сомнение в чистоте. Полотенец нет. Жилье подойдет людям с минимальными запросами и готовностью мириться с некоторыми неудобствами. По ходу проживания, нам предоставили недостающую посуду, заменили газовый баллон. На просьбы откликались быстро.
