Parking was good and spacious compared to other apartments I've booked in Ajman.
The assistant Nandu was accomodating and we're satisfied with how he helped us get around.
Although some furniture seems used and worn out, the apartment was reasonably clean, especially the bed sheet, towel, and pillows. There was no smell.
All appliances we used were working such as the washing machine, toaster, and stove.
Furnitures and walls do seem worn out and the interior design is not as aesthetic and matching as other apartments, however we did get all the furnitures we needed and it is cozy and makes you feel like you are staying in someone else's home. If any need for improvement, I do suggest for them to change/maintain walls and furniture.
