Checking in with my family was an absolute nightmare and a complete waste of time.
Location of the property is good
cleanliness was pathetic. The property is shockingly mismanaged and nowhere close to what was advertised. It was filthy on arrival, thick with dust, dirty floors, and bedsheets so unclean they were frankly unacceptable for human use. You explicitly promised three washrooms, yet there are only two, and even those are a disgrace. One washroom is completely unusable due to water dripping nonstop from the ceiling. No one can even step inside, and heaven knows what kind of water that is. This is not just negligence, it is a serious hygiene and safety concern. To make matters worse, there is no handwash, no soap, nothing at all in the washrooms. This level of carelessness is astounding. Overall, this has been an utterly pathetic, frustrating, and unacceptable experience. I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this property unless they enjoy being deceived and disgusted. We were promised for the car parking but the host regretted saying there is some issue with the parking. No battery cell in TV remote so we could not turn it on. Bedsheets were dirty and the host did not remember our check in date as he was surprised to receive my call on our check in and said "Is it today?"
