Very Disappointing - not as advertised

Very disappointing stay – not as advertised I had a horrible experience at this apartment. The moment I entered, there was an unbearable smell – like a smoking area – which made it difficult to breathe. The cleanliness was very poor, and all the furniture and equipment were old and in bad condition. Even the apartment door could only open halfway because it got stuck on the floor. The photos on Booking.com were completely misleading and did not match the reality at all. I was so shocked by the condition of the apartment that I left the same day I checked in — we simply couldn’t stay there. Unfortunately, I lost the money I paid for three nights. As a loyal customer of Booking.com, I’ve always trusted the platform, but this experience has made me seriously question that trust. I hope Booking.com will take this complaint seriously and improve the quality control of its listings.

No card to main glass door when the door closes I could not go in. Would have to wait for someone to come out and open the glass door. Stressful

ik vind daarin 2 badkamer beschikbaar voor family

Daarin 2e badkamer een toiletbril kapot , pas voor auto parkeren onvoldoende, wanneer nodig heb contact op nemen met eigenaar moeilijk, bij keuken een oude handdoekje, kokenpan en koekkenpan niet goed.

Неприятный запах на этаже. В квартире нет столовых ножей, вилки ложки из разных наборов. Тарелки в основном из пластика, на 3-х человек недостаточно. Сковородки старые и ржавые. Плита грязная. Соль, сахар из упаковки накладывать нужно. На дату заселения не было туалетной бумаги. Совсем не было!!! Не было полотенец. Нашел грязное на балконе, постирал. Сама квартира выглядит неухоженная и грязная. Горячая вода на кухне отсутствовала первые 2-3 дня. Посуду в ванной комнате мыл.
