The stay was absolutely divine, with consistent and helpful communication from Paola throughout. Located in a gated community with clear, detailed directions, the property was easy to find and felt secure. During my visit, the area was quiet with only one other family occasionally using the shared pool, which added to the peaceful atmosphere. The private hot tub and expansive rooftop were major highlights—complete with a BBQ grill, lounge seating, and stunning views of the arch. The sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking, and the serenity of the neighborhood is a rare find in Cabo. The home was well-equipped with cookware, laundry detergent, and other essentials, plus beach-friendly extras like Tommy Bahama chairs and an umbrella. The décor was spacious, tasteful, and clearly designed with intentional simplicity and quality. I appreciated that the unit was tucked away from the bustle of downtown, yet still close enough to easily access when desired. Ubers were reliable, and parking was available for those with a vehicle. While traffic can be a bit hectic once on the main road, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. Food delivery was a great convenience after long days out. The rooftop felt completely private, and although there was some construction a few buildings over, it was minimal and not disruptive. All in all, an outstanding stay—I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a clean, spacious, and tranquil retreat in Cabo. Thank you, Paula!

There aren’t many cons to this place—most points come down to personal preference and expectations based on what you pay for. As someone who frequently travels to Mexico, many hosts provide bottled water or a water jug, which would have been a nice touch upon arrival, though certainly not a dealbreaker. The unit is located off a main highway leading into downtown, so there is a fair amount of traffic—again, not a fault of the host, just something to note depending on location preference. You cannot hear the traffic from the unit! Although I had a car, I opted for Ubers when heading into town, which were easy and afforable to arrange. I do wish there were a few more basic cooking essentials to make the space feel a bit more homey—things like cooking oil, ice, and basic seasonings. That said, the overall experience was still a 10/10, and these minor suggestions didn’t take away from how enjoyable the stay was.
