Muy buena ubicación. Sencillo pero hermoso. El personal excelente siempre dispuesto para atenderte.

La ubicación es óptima, el ambiente del hostal es familiar al no ser tan grande y la atención del personal es muy buena.

El desayuno podría mejorar, más variedad de frutas, por ejemplo.

Very Central.Slightly noisy at night but to be expected

The staff is the best thing going for this hotel. They were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location is also good for visiting the center and its attractions. The restaurant across the street, part of the hotel, was very good.

There were several lights out in my room—one of four bulbs above the bathroom sink, the light in the otherwise dark shower, and a small lamp on the desk. Also, the motion sensitive hall light by my room was out. None of these was a problem for me so I didn’t mention this to the front desk staff until my departure. But these are the kind of thing housekeeping should notice in routine cleaning of a room. Also, although I pre-paid the room, the hotel required a €100 deposit when I checked in, to cover any possible damage to the room. It was of course returned to me at check out—after a housekeeping staff had been sent to check the room. This makes me wonder what kind of clientele the hotel expects. All of this is unfortunate because the staff is so genial and eager for their visitors to enjoy their stay. And the hotel has a charm that is in keeping with the area.
