The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and the location was excellent, close to everything.
The air conditioner in our room seemed to be broken. It was not possible to adjust the swing direction upward, so the air was blowing directly on me all night. Because of this, I couldn’t sleep well.

Great location for a stay in Granada. Superior Double Room size was good, overlooked the Alhambra and plaza - double glazing keeps the noise from outside down. Restaurants outside in the plaza and nearby. Helpful staff booked a flamenco show for us - very enjoyable. Close to buses and taxis - taxi prices are reasonable if you can't manage all the stairs in the old city. Breakfast was basic but adequate.

Staff was great and location was very central. Buses available to go to the Alhambra were just across the street.
Room was small and faced a busy square with noise from outdoor restaurants and bars. Street flamingo dancers in were often performing just outside days and early evenings.Impossible for us to sleep without ear plugs (which the hotel provided). Sorry to say but if noise bothers you and you can't get a room that is not facing the square go to another hotel.
