The location is very central, near bus stops that take you everywhere. Also close enough to walk to all main attractions. I could go back to the hotel several times during the day to rest and have toilet runs. The breakfast is very good with the usual pastries and cold cut, but also some hot food.

I booked for non-smocking room, but when I checked in, the room was full of smocking smell. Also the shower head was broken. I asked the staff for help, but she said there is nothing she could do. She didn't even try to look at the problem. And when I made a complaint, she said like this: "There is nothing I can do, and if you cannot hold the problem, just leave and go to another hotel." Seriously? It was midnight and it is impossible to find another place at that time. I didn't make any fault. Why should I hear this kind of thing???? Next day, I was told that a repairman would come, but the shower head wasn't fixed. I think the housekeeping staff must have known about this problem, because the shower head was already detached when I entered the room. They didn't even bother to ventilate the room and tell anyone that the shower head was broken. Both front-desk staff and housekeeping staff were so unprofessional. Also, it was really struggling to communicate with the staff about the problem because she didn't speak English well.
