Luna Sol Apartment - Sunset & Firework Signature

The location was good. We could see the fireworks and the show from the balcony.

While the location is great, the customer service was awful. A week before arriving, I requested an extra crib for my 8-month-old twins (our booking already included one free crib). First, they confirmed it. Then, they changed it to an extra bed. When we arrived after a long flight with exhausted babies, the staff and manager refused to honor their messages and demanded we pay for both the extra bed and the free crib. The manager even threatened to withhold our room if we didn’t pay. In the end, we didn't get our free crib. They also tried to falsely charge us for our "free" shuttle, and the room's shampoo/conditioner bottles weren't refilled. Save yourself the stress. There are plenty of other places nearby with the same views but much better customer service.

The mattress could have been better and the cost seemed a bit on a higher side.

It’s a great property specially to enjoy the firework show and the laser lights. The view is to die for.

Great location and spacious rooms

Terrible check in experience. No facilities eg no breakfast area, no laundry service etc. Alarm went off one morning before 7am. We were ordered to evacuate. Had no idea why. No one one in the lobby explaining what was happening. We found out someone had burnt food in their kitchen and so smoke alarm was activated so in that way they were very safety conscious and got everyone out although we were sure not many people even bothered to leave their rooms.
