"FABULOUS place. We were on the 4th floor and 5th floor. hotel room are enough spacious with balcony and from the terrace you can enjoy the fire work of the Kiss bridge very clear. Lift was fast enough..."

our room was ocean view. twin beds.. it was decent size. bathroom is okay and i did not like it. no window or exhaust fan. beds are comfy and saw fireworks from balcony. breakfast options are limited and decent taste. the hotel is little isolated to sunset town.. but good price and view. if you are ready to walk or spend on buggy, its good. these is a pho place just 2 mins down the slope, the best food we had in sunset town.
staff is never present. they don't care if you need anything or not, not attentive!. would rather be on their phone or smoke outside and look at people than offer to help you with luggage or anything. no phones to reach staff from room. they didn't even clean the room nicely during our stay. mostly under staffed!
