Very clean, it was nice to have an area where you can let the dogs out and they are enclosed. Facilities were good, shower works well.
Nice to have Internet that has a good signal too.
Bed was comfy, plenty of cupboard space with lots of drawers. There was heaters in the wardrobes as well as fans should you need them.
Owner was easy to contact, as we had trouble with key, but he told us there's a nack to it, which worked.
A very enjoyable stay, shame the weather wasn't its best but its what you expect.
Just could have done with an airer to dry some damp clothing.
The weather but not alot the owner could do about that but it is the Lakes.

Nice location and a lot of good views.
The kitchen equipment was very poor; the cutlery was sticky, and the pots and pans were old and needed washing before use. It would have been nice to have some tea and sugar. It's nice to have something warm to drink on a long journey, but there wasn't anything, and there's no shop nearby , the sugar and tea cans were empty. the duvet and pillows were quite worn but seemed clean.
