It was lovely and clean in a great location not to far from everything really walking distance to bars beach restaurants was a great place
The only thing was that our gas went on Saturday afternoon and we didn’t no what to do about it we tried calling the phone number provided and go reception they was closed so we could cook the food we bought and couldn’t have a shower before we went to my dads birthday party which was the reason for booking the stay

Location was ok and reception staff of holiday park helpful and friendly
Caravan wasn't clean, broken window and blind which I raised. Kettle was full of limescale which was unusable. Both bedroom lights not working. Kitchen pots where really dirty which I tried to clean but impossible so had to order take out, also full of scratches. Things like these are easily replaced it's a shame they should be checked and raised by cleaners. The front door lock was stiff and had trouble unlocking/ locking.

Nice caravan. Nice location.
Little bit shabby. Could do with a deep clean.
Had to wash plates, cups and cutlery before using them.

Cleanliness.
Caravan was decent size, but not for 5 bedroom as advertised. Also caravans are so badly positioned that when going to toilet can hear neighbours opposite nattering as their porch directly opposite. No sense of privacy unless all windows shut. Which during day is not possible as stuffy/hot with no air-con and only one small handheld portable fan provided. Were under impression that itd be fully equipped like an apartment. But
Several kitchen items weren't working/,missing. Rusty Tin opener. Rusty cooking pans. No cutting board . No salad bowl. No Internet provided so Netflix/smart TV didn't work. Was told to bring bedding quilts pillowcases bin liners and toilet roll shower gel , kitchen cloths, washing liquid, towels, which even a low-class hotel would provide . And 305 pounds for 3 nights isn't cheap.

Short walk to the beach ⛱️
Unfortunately, our stay at the caravan was very disappointing. The overall cleanliness and condition of the place left a lot to be desired. There were spiders and insects everywhere, the curtains smelled unpleasant, and the blinds were broken. The sofa cushions also had a strong odor, which made it uncomfortable to relax inside.
The dishes provided were old and dirty, and the shower had very low water pressure. One of the most concerning issues was the exposed cable from the fan — it nearly gave my child an electric shock and could have caused a fire. This is a serious safety hazard that urgently needs attention.
Noise was also a problem, as other guests around the site were extremely loud at all hours, making it hard to rest. The rubbish area was overflowing, with trash flying around the site — it gave a very neglected impression. The on-site shop was very expensive and poorly stocked; there weren’t even basic items like sparkling water available.
I hope these issues are taken seriously and improvements are made, as the current state of the caravan and site is unacceptable for guests.

Great location to visit family. Comfortable caravan for our needs
Caravan looked a bit tired. Broken blinds. Not much crockery if there had been 6 people. Some areas not clean. Air fryer had been used and not cleaned still had chips in. Fridge not working brilliantly.

For their first proper seaside family holiday it was great, I booked this for my grandchildren and their mummy. Lots to do in and around the area for all the kids. Nice clean and tidy site. Thank you.
For a family we found the fridge freezer to be too small for us.

The van was really clean and ready. It felt modern and fresh, uncluttered, and ready to accommodate my 12 - and 13 year olds for a quiet place to stay after two full days of cheerleading competitions in Essex Uni only 25 min drive away.
The park was clean and tidy throughout. Everyone was pleasant, but i hardly saw a soul. So peaceful.
There was a game of Minion monopoly, which they played all morning, Saturday, before our late afternoon competition. It also bought out their younger childhood selves to play together and get off screens.
The area was very quiet, which I needed this weekend. The cheer music is BANGING at comp, so coming home to our van was so pleasant. Peace and bird sounds were perfect to wake up to.
I liked everything about the van and the area and the stay. If I have to say one thing i didn't like, it would be... The first night, the carbon monoxide alarm beeped all night, so I couldn't sleep well. It was right beside my bedroom door. Maintenance was to come on the Saturday while I was out at our comp, so I left the van keys in the little key safe for maintenance to gain access. I felt a bit unsafe then as we had removed the flat batteries while on the phone to the holiday team, and I'd left it on the table for the maintenance team to replace but when we got home late that evening it was all still there as I left it. The key safe was really hard to get keys back into, too, and it took me ages, but I got there in the end. Ha!
It was really cold when we first arrived late Friday night. But the gas heater worked, tontake chill off for a bit before turning it off and and we climbed into bed to keep warm. And it was all ok.
