Easy collection of keys and communication prior to arrival. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The double bed was very comfortable to sleep in.
Although everything we needed was in the caravan, some decor and fittings are getting a bit tired and could be replaced eg the vinyl tiles and the shelves in the bathroom.
