The host was very helpful and quick at answering messages, caravan was lovely and clean had free WiFi also and even some games for the children,

That price fir the pass in order to go into club house we would spent money on site yet you have check to charge over 20 quid each for adults and kids pass

Pleasant overnight stay

The caravan was very nice inside, clean and spacious. Great that we could take our dog too. Particularly liked the nice, hot shower! Good facilities/ equipment as well.

There was a very pungent odour in the lounge area where the carpets had recently been cleaned which was a bit off-putting. Hopefully, this will just be temporary! Also, and more trivially, there were no teaspoons.But apart from that, we had a pleasant stay, even though it was only overnight.

Friendly communatitive host, gave clear instructions, easy to find and access Lovely space, clean, has everything you need, well maintained, good location, great value for money

The seagulls were very loud from early morning! Obviously nothing we can do about that The actual park is very peaceful and quiet

Lovely caravan, perfect for the family.

Clean, comfortable and quiet caravan and location. We really enjoyed this stay and will look for this place again on our next visit.

Whilst the facilities on site were good the food was pricey for what you get. Would advise using just eat, other providers are available, but this has nothing to do with the host.

Enjoyable Stay in St Osyth

The mobile home was spacious well equipped and clean Bed linen was supplied The f Kitchen was well equipped and the WiFi worked well The site was next to a beach the site was clean and well maintained

The property was excellent value for money very close to the club house not far from the pier. Would definitely stay again.

The central heating didn’t seem to work but the was an electric fire in the living room which kept us warm however it was cold in the bedroom early morning.

Es bildet sich bereits Schimmel und der Teppich ist auch schon sehr abgenutzt
