Area wise it's little towards the interior side of Udupi so shops are very less.

Location was great. The staffs were helpful. Rooms were clean. Property seems to be new. You can go for nearby delta kayaking or enjoy the river view. Delta beach is also nearby. Moreover we stayed with our pet and the property is pet friendly. Enough space for pet to walk and enjoy.
