The best part is the location. Very near to good restaurants and central parts of Mangaluru. Amazing host - ensured that things were fine. A caretaker was always there to support. Decent rooms with basic amenities.
In general, everything was fine but cleanliness could have been better. The fans had dust accumulated.

We had a very pleasant stay at this residency during our holiday in Mangalore. The host, RK Shenoy, was extremely supportive and helpful—he guided us well on places to explore, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, neat, and well-maintained. We had booked a double room with a hall and kitchen, which was quite spacious and comfortable for our stay. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions. Overall, it was a good and worthwhile stay, especially for families planning a trip. Highly recommended for a comfortable and homely stay!
The only drawback is that there is no food service available at the property, but that wasn’t a major issue since there are plenty of nearby restaurants and options like Swiggy for food delivery.

Staff were good
Room was small including washroom, lights were not suitable for a room or people coming with family, rather the lights were colorful. Cupboards were broken
