- Seawall and exterior renovations to the South and East Wind Buildings will take place from September 2025 to April 2026; guests may experience noise, dust, odors, and work crews—dates are subject to change.
- Due to construction, the pool locker room/restrooms, fitness center, and sauna will be unavailable from September through December 2025; dates are subject to change.
