• Please be advised that maintenance work is ongoing in the building, causing noise between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily. This work is scheduled to continue until further notice, and as a result, the rates being offered until that date are significantly reduced
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment
• Please note that some furniture and carpets may have visible stains that cannot be fully removed
• Dubai is constantly growing, so city construction noise may occur at any time of day. Renovation or neighbor noise within the same building (next door, above, or below) may also occur
• Certain amenities may be temporarily closed or unavailable during your stay due to maintenance work
• Please note that cold water supply in the property might not be available due to high temperatures in Dubai
• Passport-style photo is required 2 days before arrival for access to the building
