Advice was as one bedroom apartment. This is a studio and was advertised as an apartment, which is completely different, due not privacy with our invited. They do this to catch people and charge more than usual. Don’t fall in the scam.

Great stay that I would definitely repeat, the studio was very clean and fully equipped with all amenities.

Great stay overall. I would definitely repeat it. The studio was very clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities needed. Best of all, the host Alek was extremely helpful and friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

not a good location for a relaxing vacation

Alec was a good host.

The location is in an area where construction is taking place. If you want rest and relaxation, it is not the best. At 7:00 you have the wake-up call from the builders: cranes, irons, boots. There is no cleaning service. For 2-3 days it is ok, but for a longer period, if you want cleaning, you do it yourself. There is no coffee maker. The kettle is fff worn out. I could not use it. The ventilation in the building leaves something to be desired: even if you do not cook on vacation, the room will smell like the food that the neighbors make. If you need the invoice for the stay, you will NOT receive it. I requested it countless times and received... the reservation on booking.

Not bad

The studio was good, with comfortable bed. Was good that the studio have their own wash machine as in Dubai is hard to find a good Laundry place. There is no Metro nearby, so use of taxi is necessary but wasn’t a problem for us. Good kitchen to cook your own meals and good internet

We found few small crockroach in the kitchen which we didn’t gave much importance but I will say to keep more eye on the cleaning inside the cupboards. The communication with owner was very weird at all times,I will even say a bit rude. He even ask my husband on arrival if we were going to sleep together.???

The place is very quiet and clean, and the balcony with a view of the golf course is amazing. There is a pharmacy, a supermarket, and restaurants very close by, reachable on foot, and the building is well-known to delivery companies. The stay here is very comfortable and has impressed me in every way; the place is well-prepared. I thank the service provider for their kindness and quick response.

A family week in Dubai

The location of the apartment was very good, close to many restaurants, grocery shops and to connect with the main roads. The most important thing was the support from Alek. My flight was delayed around 1 hour and he was waiting for us up to late night. Thanks a lot Alek!

Comfortable studio in Sport City

The studio is located in Sport City. The room is a decent size, with a large and comfortable bed, and everything was clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. An underground parking spot is available, which was very helpful in my case. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. Good internet. I highly recommend it!

Déception

Il y avait des travaux partout autour de l’immeuble pendant notre venu. Le matelas absolument pas confortable, le frigo présent dans la chambre faisaient beaucoup de bruit. En plus nous avons dû avoir 10 cafards durant notre séjour … La bonne nouvelle c’est que l’hôte a été très arrangeant et nous avons pu écourter notre séjour au bout de deux nuits et être remboursé par Booking. Le prix du logement était beaucoup trop cher pour tout ces inconvénients. Je ne recommande pas.

Шикарная студия советую всем хозяин квартиры Oleh очень отзывчивый и добрый позволи заселиться раньще ,квартира очень чистая есть все удобство до любой локации близко малл оф эмирейтс ,глобал вилладж,Дубай малл есть еще и автобусы рядом с домом особенно понравился вид с балкона на голф клуб всем советую кто хочет реально отдохнуть от шума самое хорошее место
