Almost everything. A well-decorated, equipped apartment! The park-facing room was amazing as we enjoyed the view from our balcony.

Les communs sont moins bien entretenus. Avec présence de nuisibles dans les communs. Heureusement l'appartement était bien hermétique et très propre

The location is in an area where construction is taking place. If you want rest and relaxation, it is not the best. At 7:00 you have the wake-up call from the builders: cranes, irons, boots. There is no cleaning service. For 2-3 days it is ok, but for a longer period, if you want cleaning, you do it yourself. There is no coffee maker. The kettle is fff worn out. I could not use it. The ventilation in the building leaves something to be desired: even if you do not cook on vacation, the room will smell like the food that the neighbors make. If you need the invoice for the stay, you will NOT receive it. I requested it countless times and received... the reservation on booking.
