Private: garden 500 m2 (fenced) with trees, natural garden, meadow, orchard. Heating to be paid on the spot (28.Mar. - 30.Oct.), heating available only from 31.Oct. - 27.Mar.. 300 m long narrow motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 300 m, bus stop 800 m, railway station "Viareggio" 11 km, sandy beach "Lido di Camaiore" 9 km. Nearby attractions: Forte dei Marmi 16 km, Pietrasanta 10 km, Lucca 31 km, Firenze 121 km, Collodi Pinocchio Park 53 km, Riomaggiore (5 Terre) 79 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Massaciuccoli 25 km, Torre del Lago 18 km. Hiking paths: Levigliani Antro del Corchia Park 27 km, Grotta dell´Onda Casoli 11 km.
