About this house rental
Semi-detached house with garden and splendid swimming pool for private use, just a few steps from the center of Camaiore. On the ground floor the house consists of a large room with TV area, a kitchen equipped with a comfortable dining area, a lounge with sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are two beautiful double bedrooms, a relaxation corner with two armchairs and a bathroom with tub. A small brick structure with a wood oven and barbecue is attached to the house. Everything is surrounded by a large garden with a masonry swimming pool and a relaxation area, enriched with a large choice of garden furniture. The house also offers a beautiful covered veranda with a dining table for your dinners. Available for guests, private parking inside the property. The all inclusive formula includes energy consumption for water, electricity and gas, internet connection and final cleaning. In winter, where necessary, heating consumption is calculated and charged. The deposit of Euro 200.00 is to be given on arrival.

From the moment we arrived we immediately felt very welcome. The owners welcomed us with local snacks and wine. They live on the other side of the house, but respect your privacy at all times. It's a very guestfree couple who don't speak English, but will do their best at all times to communicate through Google translate (which worked fine for us). The kitchen is very complete and equiped with all kitchen equipment you need. Nice fresh towels were provided and after a week new set of fresh towels and bedding were provided.
Behind the house is the beautifull and very big garden with even a shed to park your car in the shade. There's also a barbecue and stone pizza oven attached to the shed. In the garden lies the great pool which is very clean and well maintained.
We had two lovely weeks and we can recommend this house to everybody, especially if you have kids.

It was a very nice stay. Best way to spend 2 weeks of our holiday. The owners were guestfree. First day of our stay they provide us with nice local snacks and drinks;-).
It was a nice comfortabele house with with an even nicer swimmingpool. The owners live on the other side of the holidayhouse, but we had all the privacy.
