    Our stay at the Park Hyatt London River Thames was excellent from start to finish. The hotel feels almost brand new, with beautifully maintained, modern facilities throughout.​ Every member of staff we interacted with was genuinely friendly, attentive and supportive, which made the whole experience feel easy and relaxed. The location worked perfectly for getting around London, with very convenient connections to both the Northern and Victoria lines just a short walk away, making it quick to reach the West End, the City, and beyond.​ Between the fresh, contemporary rooms, the quality of the amenities, and the consistently high level of service, this has easily become our new go-to hotel for any future trips to London.

    The security guy Mamood William was extremely rude came & approached me due to jelousy, if he wasn’t asian a lawsuit would have been filed, some random guy thought he was tough was rude & aggresive, & staff at the hotel are very undertrained & rude the brazillian guy is rude at the concierge these people have no class the chinise woman at the front desk was rude as well there is no positive energy at this hotel, they’re all negative they dont smile there is no personalisation, the only person who was good to me was the assistant front office manager Jullaina who had class unfortunately the front office manager Benjaman was nice but didn’t really solve anything didn’t really improve my experience so no the stay was abysmal late checkout & some juice doesn’t really cut it after what happened the times was changed anyway he didn’t do anything to make me wanna come back again it’s not hard to improve a guests experience this needs to be picked up by the general manager I will be avoiding Park Hyatt worldwide because of this crap experience blame your staff & the security guy William I will stick to Aman & The Peninsula at least they know how to treat guests at the highest level. # 1%

    The hotel is beautiful and very classy. The staff are exceptional. They are friendly, helpful and very professional. They seem to really enjoy what they do. I needed a charger for my phone because I forgot mine and they went above and beyond to help me. They really exceeded expectations. The room was very clean, beautiful and spacious and we appreciated the birthday message. The bathroom was also spacious, not like in many London hotels where space is limited. The Chinese restaurant was excellent as was the breakfast in the morning ! Five stars + for us !
