There were so many great things about this property it's hard to count them all. Unfortunately, the extremely noise level kept us from getting a good quality of sleep both nights. The street noise is bad but the MANY doors open and shutting thoughout the property was the worst. Not just guest rooms but many doors that just separate areas requiring door key (pool (s), breakfast area, evening drink reception area and various other areas of the complex ) slamming to lock. VERY DISTRUPTIVE !

Nice room on the 4th floor, clean and well appointed with balcony.. Great views! Pefect location, very walkable to museums and shops. Loved the 24 hour gym, clean & spacious! Wonderful breakfast at Lola Rose.
Next time we will book one of the upper floor rooms which is 21+ adults only , includes private pool, no kids.

This hotel is so unique and just such a vibe. It’s right downtown Palm Springs and walking distance to all the shopping and dining. The staff were all very accommodating to any need we had and the walk up room with balcony street views was immaculate. We will stay again on our next visit.
