About this apartment hotel
Elongated spacious (110sqm) first floor apartment, overlooking the sea from the north and access to a small courtyard to the south. The front bedroom has 2 single beds, which can be converted into a double or used as a corner sofa. The room also has a desk for office use, as well as an office chair, upon request. The bedroom on the other side has a king-size bed, a wardrobe, and, upon request, baby equipment can be added at no extra charge. In addition, the room has an access to a small ground floor courtyard inside the uncovered area of the building, where you can more quietly enjoy your coffee in the morning or give a play area to younger guests. In the center of the building, there is a large open space kitchen-dining room-living room, with access to a beautiful patio with a small sitting room in the skylight. In the space there is a sofa that becomes a double or a double bed, as well as everything you need to try your art in Mediterranean cuisine. The apartment has two bathrooms with showers, one with hydromassage.
The balcony of the apartment is located just above the beach, which in summer is pedestrianized and is the ideal destination for walking or jogging, for the young and the old. From up there, you can enjoy the sounds and colors of the city from the comfort of your home, or just go down a few stairs and become part of it.
The renovation of the building was completed in 2021, with quality architectural supervision, so that the accommodation is functional, with respect for both the environment and visitors: low pollution devices, sound insulation and thermal insulation, selection of mainly natural materials such as wood and iron used in the construction, quality household items and true love and passion for its creation.
