Were charged for food and drinks didn't order. They put same food on my room as well my friend room, we end up paying just to leave for our boat to Santorine. As well we called early in the morning to get someone taking the luggage but they don't offer this service.

Beautiful hotel, great location right on the beach and incredibly kind and accommodating staff. Everyone was so kind and generous. The included breakfast was such a lovely perk. The comfort of Dyo Suites was exactly what we needed after a long travel to Crete! Thank you!

Probably the friendliest staff I have come across in my travels! Always there to help with whatever was needed, the food was amazing as well and the hotel itself is nice and quiet, calm vibe and got music on the beach for the ultimate beach vibe! (Which includes food and drink service from the hotel)

This was quite possibly the best hotel experience I have ever had. The staff there is incredibly friendly, helpful, and hospitable. The room surpassed my expectations. I will be recommending Dyo Suites to anyone considering a trip to Crete.

We loved it here, stayed for 6 nights, the team are so friendly and helpful, love to quirky design features, the ambience is so relaxing, the breakfast gorgeous, cocktails some of the best we have had the luck to enjoy. Definitely want to return soon

The staff are all lovely, so friendly and happy. Room was extremely comfortable and very clean. The breakfasts were outstanding. The hotel has its own section of beach directly opposite which is free to use if you are staying at the hotel. Good restaurants nearby. Excellent stay

A charming boutique hotel within a short walk of Rethymno old town. The staff were very helpful and the room was well appointed but a little tired. Our only 2 minor concerns were that we did not get the jetted tub on our balcony as booked and street parking is hit and miss. All in all it was good value for money.

Great location. Great views. Liked the area so much we stayed an extra day. Breakfast is amazing. Will stay there again.

We booked for only one night and therefore wanted to have a check-in at 2pm. In the end, we waited for 3 hours to check-in. They offered us some drinks after we waited for 2 hours. We didnt expect to be treated that way considering the price of the room (230€ per night). Other than that the room was really nice and completely new (we were the second guests in the room). The staff was really nice, the receptionist helped us to find a good restaurant. The best about the whole stay was probably the breakfast! They didnt have a buffet but a menu and it was really delicious :)
