This home was custom built to showcase the million dollar views of the ski runs, mountain range, and Byer's Peak. It has many unique features, such as the custom designed fire pit area and a wrap-around deck with outdoor fireplace.
Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 12):
The home features 4 bedrooms across two floors, as well as a new pull-out sofa bed on the main level. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs and comfortable linens.
1. Upper Floor MBR has a King bed, smart TV, epic views, en-suite bath with tiled shower and separate bathtub, and walk-in closet.
2. Lower Floor MBR has a King bed, smart TV, epic views, ensuite bath with tiled shower, and desk for remote work.
3. Lower Floor King Bedroom has a King bed and twin daybed, smart TV, and en-suite bath with tiled shower.
4. Lower Floor Bunk Room has a Queen bed, one set of twin bunk beds (2 beds), smart TV, and full bathroom with shower/tub combination immediately outside the bedroom door.
5. Upper Floor Pull-Out Sofa Bed in the Upper level game room. Fresh linens are provided in the cabinet located in this room. There is also a separate powder room on this floor.
All bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap) for your stay.

Winter Travel: The driveway and neighborhood roads are paved, but we strongly recommend four-wheel drive or AWD during winter months, as the area usually receives significant snowfall!
High Altitude: Our epic views are due in part to our altitude - the house sits on a hillside at nearly 10,000 ft. Please consider this if you have any medical conditions which make you sensitive to the thinner mountain air.
The Neighborhood: This house is a great getaway for families and is not suitable for loud groups hosting parties or events. Please note that there is a neighborhood street running the perimeter of our property - it is not a busy street, but there will be an occasional car driving by.

My family and I enjoyed staying at this lovely home. There were lots of games, we loved the dashboard table. Took full advantage of the hot tub after our daily hikes. We would have liked to use the fire pit but it was broken before we arrived and wasn't fixed during the week we were there. Due to the broken fire pit, I gave it a 4 star for accuracy and communication.

WOW! This place was perfect for our family gathering. The house, the location, and host were all wonderful! The house had everything we needed and was very well designed. The views were next level and the host was responsive to any questions.
Rocky Mountain National Park and many beautiful lakes are just a short, beautiful drive away as well of course the famous Winter Park ski resort slopes being visible from the house!
I think my highlight was the fact that there were some amazing well-maintained trails that were just down the road from the home!
The large hot tub and fire pit were appreciated by everyone after a long day of activity. We hated having to go home and leave this amazing place!
I loved getting to stay here and definitely want to come back!
