Beautiful home conveniently located near Winter Park and the ski resort. The rooms are large, beds are comfortable and it’s nice having so many bathrooms. We had a group of ten of us stay and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the house. It is Winter Park so you can hear the train at night. Some in our group brought earplugs for that reason. Hot tub was nice and clean. The living room and kitchen area were great for hanging out and conversations did not overrun each other’s. The only negative is the sound travels upstairs from the kitchen and living room because of the open loft viewing from the hallway on the top floor. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend this house for other large groups.

Great house and great location. My only complaint is there is no trash bin on the street. Having to walk a block over to dump trash is pretty inconvenient. Other than that stay was excellent

We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the porch over the mountains, easy access to walking trails and close proximity to dining, shopping and activities. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Appreciated the 3 master bedrooms with baths and guest bathroom on main floor. Driveway was able to fit 3 cars along with the 2 car garage. Would definitely recommend this house to others in need of a spacious 5 bedroom house. 5 stars!
