Located in a peaceful subdivision just 4 miles from the town of Winter Park, our unique, 18-sided mountain home offers total serenity. Here, you will find no highway or train noise - just pristine forest views, tranquil surroundings, and beautiful southern sun.
We take immense pride in keeping our home meticulously updated. Our latest renovations feature a completely refurnished great room, new windows, plush new carpet, beautifully remodeled bathrooms, 2 king beds, and an enlarged driveway.
Because this is our only rental, we never split our focus or direct you to other listings. You will receive personalized care from lifelong Colorado hosts dedicated to maintaining a consistent, 5-star experience. To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of our neighborhood, we host a maximum of 16 guests and strongly prefer groups of no more than 10 adults. Book a weekly stay to take advantage of our lowest rates and come make unforgettable mountain memories!

• Space & Comfort: 2 spacious floors (3,500 total sq. ft.) featuring roomy bedrooms, mountain sunset views, meadow vistas, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
• True Beds Only: Accommodates up to 16 guests on high-quality, comfortable beds (2 Kings, 3 Queens, 1 Full, 4 Twins, and 1 hotel-sized crib). There are no bunks, futons, or sofa sleepers.
• Climate Control: A premium hot water heating system with 6 separate zones allows you to keep bedrooms cool and living areas perfectly warm.
• House Rules: To protect our updates and respect neighbors, NO PETS and NO SMOKING are permitted.

Main level living with NO STEPS, features a sunny, cozy, open floor plan.
• Great Room: Panoramic meadow views, a cozy wood-burning stove, and intimate seating for 11—perfect for sipping hot cocoa around a crackling fire.
• Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped for large groups and includes a large walk-in pantry.
• Dining Space: A maple slab dining table seats 10+ comfortably, complemented by 5 barstools at the kitchen island.
• Outdoor Deck: Accessible right off the kitchen, featuring a fire pit table, 8 chairs (summer), an umbrella, and a barbecue grill.
• Master "Moose" Bedroom: Features a King bed, a Twin bed, a TV, a walk-in closet, and a full in-suite renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub.
• 2nd "Fish" Bedroom: Features a Queen bed and a Double (Full) bed.
• 3rd "Tree" Bedroom: Features a King bed and a hotel-sized crib.
• Shared Bathroom: A full central renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower.

• 5th "Snowman" Bedroom: Features a Queen bed and one Twin bed.

• 8-Man Hot Tub: Located just outside the rec room, offering spectacular views of the meadow and the starlit night sky.
• The Big Meadow: A massive outdoor space perfect for hours of sledding, building snowmen, or tunneling in the winter. In mild weather, it's the perfect spot to roast marshmallows around the outdoor fire pit.

Our family loved our vacation at The Round House, it was everything I had been Praying for with this time together with our kids and grandkids. There was 11 of us and there was plenty of space and things to do from family breakfasts and dinners together to several ping pong tourneys together! We loved the hummingbirds and we now know much more about them than we did before we got there. On our last night there after making s’mores the local bear happened to show up like it was looking for it’s s’more! Many great memories made! Thanks so much for this wonderful property!

The hosts were very friendly and generous. they responded quickly to all inquiries. The house is well suited to a group of adults - a hard thing to find. Kitchen is very well equipped and has quite a large refrigerator. We loved hanging out on the deck watching many hummingbirds coming to the feeder all day long. Great hot tub and fun ping pong. Highly recommend.

Great communication. House is very well stocked for a larger crew to unpack and truly have a home away from home experience. Loved that the owners even encouraged us to Huse the wood burning stove and even provided ample supply of wood. Kitchen has everything you need to cook for a larger group.
