The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Our family has stayed here twice already and have already booked a third stay later this year. It is a beautiful townhome in a great location - quick drive to Fraser and Winter Park, as well as grocery store, shops and restaurants. You can tell the owners really put thought into the furniture and decor and tried to include all those little extras that might be needed. Kitchen is stocked with anything you need to cook a meal. Bathrooms all have toiletries, hair dryers and plenty of soft towels. The main bedrooms are spacious and well appointed, with very comfortable king size beds in all three (great touch so no one has to fight over who gets the king). The lower level has a great game area, comfy seating (including a sleeper sofa) for stretching out and watching movies and a large, fun bunkroom for the kids. There is even a little hidden room under the stairs that is set up as a cute reading/play area for the littles. Great views made our morning coffee or evening cocktails on the patio beautiful and you might even see some wildlife - we did! Check out is easy and simple - no major tasks to do before you sadly head back to real life at the end of your stay. We can't recommend the place enough and can't wait to go back!

Excellent accommodations by a super organized management group! They are on top of all the details. Great service. We had a small problem with the washing machine. We called management and they had a service person there in 10 minutes and the issue was fixed within another 10 minutes. I would book another stay without hesitation.
