Panglao Vista Suites by SMS Hospitality

The room was very clean with nice bedding. Pool side rooms have a relaxing view now the pool and patio. Staff is very accommodating.

Noise from the pool area after 10 pm. Windows are single pane and we heard every sound at the pool i nto the night.

It was my first time in Bohol, and I honestly disliked every other resort I booked—I walked out of two different resorts after seeing the rooms. Staying at Vista Suites truly saved my trip. The place was spotless, and the bed was exactly as big and comfortable as I expected. Thank you to everyone at Vista Suites who helped me during my stay. A special thank you to Erika for always making sure I had everything I needed. I’m from the USA and have visited the Philippines twice, and Erika is the first person here who truly showed me genuine hospitality. Thank you as well to all the staff for singing Happy Birthday to my girl—it meant a lot to us.

Wi-Fi didn’t work most of the night I was there, but I enjoyed my stay because I went out exploring every day.

De service was goed, mooie kamer en een top zwembad.

Het ontbijt had te weinig keuze qua broodbeleg. Het enige is ei en jam, bijvoorbeeld kaas en kipfilet is er niet. Daarnaast is het zeer gehorig qua geluid van buiten (voorkant van het hotel). Tot slot is er een overhemd gekrompen door een fout bij de wasserij en helaas is dit niet top opgelost. Dit laatste staat los van het verblijf dus vandaar alsnog de 8, maar wel het benoemen waard.

The hotel is just 10-15 min drive from the airport and accessible by public transportation. The staff are friendly and alert to provide assistance. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. Airconditioning is comfortable also. The pool is heated and clean.

The bathroom area is a bit small and slow to drain. Water pressure needs a boost. Hot shower is not consistently hot enough. Breakfast needs variety.
