Great location, very quiet, no roosters, barking dogs or karaoke so a good nights sleep. First night was a little too warm as the aircon was not great but Gerry very quickly moved us to another room the following morning which was perfect. Gerry, owner and host, was extremely helpful and informative and we would definitely visit again when all the modifications are complete. Thank you for a great stay.

Nothing that we did not already know about. For warned is for armed. Honesty from the owner meant there was nothing to complain about.

there was construction ongoing but this didnt really bother us that much

The owner is incredibly accommodating and approachable, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent just a short walk from Paliton Beach, making it very convenient to explore the area. The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable throughout our stay. My favorite part of the property was the lounging area. It has a cozy atmosphere and offers a beautiful view of San Juan Beach, making it the perfect place to relax. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly loved our stay. I would definitely book this place again the next time I visit Siquijor. Highly recommended!

The bamboo deck in the early morning before construction started was lovely and peaceful. I also enjoyed having a shower in the morning looking up at the leaves on the trees. Having Paliton beach close by was a bonus and meeting other guests and exploring the island with them was memorable.

Unfortunately, my original plan to relax and enjoy the peace whilst finishing a book did not go to plan as there was not only construction next door, but the bamboo deck was also being redone which meant I couldn’t enjoy it during the day. This was not mentioned before booking and paying, which is unacceptable. Seeing as this is a major feature of the property, to not make guests aware of this is sneaky. Had I have known I would not have booked. Luckily, I met some great guests there which meant I explored more, but nevertheless, I was extremely disappointed. The rooms were also very basic and the AC was very loud. I also paid to get my laundry done there and my shorts were returned dirtier than before.
